In a bowl, add the garlic, ginger, chili, black pepper and baking powder, and salt. Mix well and reserve it for later use
Pat dry the chicken wings using a paper towel. Add the wings into the glass bowl and add 1 tsp of oil. Mix well until the oil coats all the wings
Add the reserved dry rub seasoning powder and mix until it coats thoroughly on the chicken wings. Now the Wings are ready to be air fried
Oil Spray your Air Fryer basket and preheat the Air Fryer to 380° F for 5 minutes. The time may depend upon the air fryer you are using
After preheating, open and place the dry-rubbed chicken wings in the basket in a single layer
Set the Air Fryer at 380° F for 20 minutes and air fry the wings for 10 minutes
Pause the Air Fryer half the way (when time reaches 10 minutes). Open the basket and shake the basket
Resume the Air Fryer and cook the wings for the remaining 10 minutes
Enjoy the Crispy wings as is or follow the next steps for seasoning
Add 2 tbsp of Hot sauce or any other favorite wings sauce of your choice to the air-fried wings. Toss well to coat all the wings
Serve the Wings with classic celery sticks and ranch dip as an appetizer, snack, or, for lunch and dinner
